NaBloPoMo Fail

It's National Blog Posting Month, otherwise known as NaBloPoMo. The idea, apparently, is to post daily for the month of November. Many friends, and others whose blogs I read, have been dutifully posting each and every day this month. I have been reading their posts, and wanting to join in the fun. I miss blogging. I had hoped that NaBloPoMo might motivate me to starting blogging again. But it's November 14th, half way through the month, and this is my first post. I'm wondering where this horrid sense of ennui is coming from. I don't particularly know. What I do know, or at least am hoping for, is that this blog post will be a catalyst for future posting. You know, the old Pringle's adage, "Once you pop, you can't stop." Perhaps it will be the same for me: one post, and I can't stop. I hope so.

This is a rather lame first post. Oh, who am I kidding?! This is a horribly lame first post. Tomorrow's will be better. I promise.
